Our accredited coaching training program features a comprehensive curriculum firmly rooted in the principles of positive psychology research. From our foundational 1.0 Essentials course, the Wellness self-paced add-on, to the 8-week Health Board course, you will acquire a range of specific exercises designed to address various facets of well-being that align with the National Health Board’s standards.
